On Tuesday, November 11, one of our upstream providers will be performing fiber maintenance on some of their long haul circuits. These upgrades will take place between the hours of 3 AM and 6 AM EST. Though we do no expect customers to be affected, some may experience between 15 to 30 minutes of downtime and/or packet loss and high latency during this maintenance window.
